Pete Cruz Excecutive Chef
Elpidio “Pete” Cruz, the Executive Chef, is renowned for his diverse cuisine. Mr. Cruz maintains flexibility, working closely with the Catering Department to stylize the requirements of each event for varying cultures and individual tastes. After gaining years of experience in Miami’s jeweled Hotels & Restaurants, he decided to return to his roots in Monmouth County 16 years ago.
